Questions

Here all Question Added can be view and search/filter by category and skills.

You can search or filter candidates by programs and subjects.

You can also create new questions or bulk upload Questions by clicking the buttons.

The Admin can see all Questions Added while staff can only questions he/she have added.

Create Question

We have five Question Answer question type which are:

Code: The candidate is expected to type the right codes to a given problem. Single Answer: The candidate is expected to give a single answer. Typed Answer: The candidate is expected to type their answer. Multiple Answers: The candidate is expected to give multiple answers. Annotated answers: The candidate is expected to label part of a diagram.

Creating a single answer question

Here we will start with a single question.

A single question is a kind of question that needs a single answer to create it you have to take the following options:

  • Question Type: select the single question.
  • Category: pick a category you’re choosing.
  • Question: you can type or copy and paste your question.
  • Add Image: you can also upload an image with the questions. Note Adding an Image is optional.
  • Set answer options for the above question: Here you add the options, among the options, one will be the correct answer. Your options can be Alphabets, words or sentences.
  • Expected Answer: the expected answer is meant to be the correct answer.
  • Mark: Here you select your mark.
  • Click the create button to create your Question or cancel to return you back to the index page.
Creating a typed answer question:

The type question is a kind of question that needs a straight answer eg true or false to create it you have to take the following steps:

  • Question Type: select the single question as shown in the diagram above.
  • Category: pick a category you’re choosing.
  • Skill: select your skill.
  • Question: you can type or copy and paste your question.
  • Add Image: you can also upload an image with the questions.Skill: select your skill.
  • Note: Adding an Image is optional.
  • Set answer options for the above question: Here you add the options among the options one with the correct answer. Your options can be Alphabets, words or sentences.
  • You just have to type the correct answer. Multiple correct answers should be comma-separated. E.g answer1,answer2,answer3.
  • Expected Answer: the expected answer is meant to be a straight answer e.g.: True or False.
  • Mark: Here you select your mark.
  • Click the create button to create your Question or cancel to return you back to the index page.
