Candidates are potential students who are yet to be enrolled. Adding them allows them to take entrance tests that you have setup. On success, you can then enroll them as students.
On the main page, you will see the list of candidates already registered
Fill in the details of the candidate e.g.
First name, last name, sex, emails and phone number, program, and subject. A session refers to the year in which the programs and subjects are being taken by the candidate. E.g if the candidate is being registered for a 2020/2021 program year then the session will be 2020.
The session is what distinguishes candidates from taking the same program and subject but are in different years.
Click create to save it and it will direct you to the edit page Where you can edit or create another candidate.
Registration ID and password will be created automatically for each candidate; you can also click on the edit button on the index page of the candidate to edit a candidate.
To edit a registered candidate, click on Edit button. After that, you will notice there are three different tabs:
